Official rulings
This card’s effect allows the ship it is equipped to, to perform an anti-squadron attack against each eligible target in the chosen hull zone’s firing arc.

If a ship is equipped with both this card and Gunnery Team, a hull zone of that ship cannot target the same squadron more than once during the ship’s activation.

Ordnance Pods can only be equipped to medium or large ships only. Not small or huge.

At the end of an activated ships attack step, a ship equipped with Ordnance Pods may exhaust that card to resolve its effect. Choose 1 hull zone to perform an attack with an anti squadron armament of 1 black die. Even if this chosen hull zone has already attacked from that zone this round. This hull zone can attack each eligible target at close range and in that hullzones firing arc.

If a ship has declared the use of Admiral Ackbar’s ability, this will prevent a ship equipped with Ordnance Pods from attacking with its front or rear hull zones.

Ordnance Pods are not able to attack a target if that target has already been attacked from the chosen hull zone if that ship is also equipped with Gunnery Team, or when selected as the first player objective ship in Advanced Gunnery.

Ordnance Pods can use its attack to target a single Proximity Mines token but no other squadrons.
Brooks: Ordnance Pods is used to declare an anti-squadron attack, it may attack one proximity mine instead of attacking any other squadrons.

In the case of Slaved Turrets and Ordnance Pods, Slaved Turrets “cannot” attack more than once per round. Meaning if a ship attacked during its activation, it would not be able to resolve Ordnance Pods.
