Jan Ors

Unless Jan Ors herself is defending, her defense tokens cannot be targeted by an [accuracy] icon’s effect.

When a friendly squadron is defending, and is at distance 1-2 of Jan Ors, during the “Spend Defense Tokens” step that squadron may spend Jan Ors defense tokens. Unless Jan Ors is being targeted for an attack, Jan Ors defense tokens cannot be targeted by an Accuracy icons effect.

Emperor Palpatine will resolve against Jan Ors card ability. As it is still a defense token being “spent” in the “Spend Defense Tokens” step.

Lando Calrissian, while defending, cannot spend defense tokens from Jan Ors to resolve Lando Calrissian card ability as it is not one of “your” (as in, that squadrons) defense tokens.

Intel Officer allows a ship to target 1 defense token of any squadron or ship in the play area for during an attack, this is possible because the card does not specify or restrict which defense token that can be chosen. For example, If a ship was attacking a Rebel squadron that is not Jan Ors, but Jan Ors is at distance 1-2 of that squadron, you can target one of Jan Ors defense tokens. (For Jan Ors, one defense token is exhausted, and one is readied. You could target the readied token, and if it is spent, it is discarded.)

As a note, when Avenger is attacking a squadron if Avenger is exhausted for that attack, that squadron cannot spend any of Jan Ors exhausted defense tokens.
