Before a ship equipped with Weapons Liaison reveals its command dial, you may spend 1 command token. If you do, you can change that command to a Concentrate Fire or Squadron command, and then reveal the new command.

Per FAQ Weapons Liaison Can only trigger and resolve, or resolve on, that ships “revealed” dial, not dials that are “gained”.
