Timing

Official rulings

Task Force Antilles’ ability may be resolved for each damage that would be applied by Orbital Bombardment Particle Cannon‘s ability, as long as all of Task Force Antilles’ conditions are met.

Community rulings

When a ship equipped with Task Force Antilles is attacked, if it is at distance 1-3 of another ship also equipped with this title, you can exhaust Task Force Antilles on that ship. If you do, that ship suffers 1 of your damage. While Task Force Antilles is exhausted, you cannot spend engineering points.

A ship can still resolve the Repair command even if unable to spend engineering points.

Multiples of this card CANNOT be exhausted, this is due to the fact that you can only resolve the “While” effect of that card once.

A ship suffering the damage must select a hullzone to suffer the damage too, it cannot take the damage as a facedown damage card unless the selected hullzone has no shields.

Even if the defending ship doesn’t suffer any damage, opponents can still resolve any modified critical effects (like from blue die).
