While a ship equipped with Rakehell has resolved a Navigation Command, and executing a speed 0 maneuver, Rakehell is treated as having a yaw value of “I”. And can resolve clicks on yaw on the maneuver tool in the speed 0 joint.

This yaw value can be influenced by other yaw granting effects, such as from a navigation command, Nav Team, Moff Jerjerrod, etc.

Rakehell can execute multiple speed 0 maneuvers using a combination of Engine Techs and the Gravity Rift obstacle or if slowed by G-8 Experimental Projector. Engine Techs is a speed 1 maneuver, but if near a Gravity Rift or if slowed by G-8 Experimental Projector, it would reduce the speed to 0.
