When attacking a target, if the attack pool is showing 1 red die with an accuracy icon, add 1 red die that is set to the face of an accuracy icon to the attack pool.

This effect can trigger at any point during the “Resolve Attack Effects” step. Meaning that even if the initial attack pool roll isn’t showing a red die with an accuracy, a red die can be modified with a card ability such as H9 Turbolasers which will then resolve Quad Turbolaser Cannons effect.
