Expansions
The Corellian Conflict (SWM25)
Card text
Setup: Place obstacles as normal, excluding the station and replacing the 2 debris fields with the 2 dust fields.
After deploying fleets, the second player places 2 objective tokens in the setup area at distance 1-5 of each other.
Special Rule: While attacking, if neither the attacker or defender are overlapping an objective token and line of sight is traced across an objective token or the line between the two objective tokens, the attacker must choose and remove half of the dice from the attack pool, rounded down, before rolling.

The special rule:
While attacking (for any attack made), if neither the attacker or defender are overlapping the objective token and line of sight can be traced across an objective token or the line between objective tokens, then the attacker must remove half of the die from the initial attack pool of their choice, rounded down, before rolling that initial attack pool.

If an attacker, defender, or both, are overlapping one of the objective tokens. The special rule does not come into effect.

It is not clear where line of sight needs to be drawn from objective token to objective token, as this drawing of line of sight is NOT an attack. It is considered possible to draw line of sight from any part of an objective token to any part of the other objective token. Personal ruling is to draw line of sight to whatever is advantageous towards the defender.

The attacker is able to resolve either Jamming Barrier or obstruction in the order they choose when removing dice from the attack pool.
When you have an odd number of die in the attack pool, resolving in either order won’t change the outcome of die removed, however, for even number of die in the attack pool. Resolve obstruction first, then the special rule.
