Timing

Official rulings
If this ship is equipped with Gunnery Team, a hull zone of this ship cannot target the same squadron more than once during this ship’s activation.

Community rulings
After a ship equipped with Impetuous conducts its attacks in the “Attack” step, at the end of that step, it may also choose and attack 1 enemy squadron. Even if that attack is from a hullzone that has already attacked that round.

Impetuous is not able to attack the same target again, from the same hullzone, if it’s already been attacked when equipped with Gunnery Team, or when selected as the first player objective ship in Advanced Gunnery.

Impetuous is able to attack a Proximity Mine Token.
Brooks: Impetuous can attack a proximity mine token, as the token is treated as a squadron for the purposes of attacking it, including allowing it to be declared as the defender.
