Official rulings

While playing Doomed Station, if an obstacle is moved from an effect (such as from Ezra Bridger or Grav Shift Reroute) so that it is touching the gravity rift, that obstacle is immediately destroyed at the beginning of the End of Round step before players choose and move obstacles.

Proximity mine tokens and objective tokens that are placed on an obstacle moved by Grav Shift Reroute’s ability are moved along with that obstacle.

Grav Shift Reroute’s ability only resolves once for all obstacles in range at its current position when it resolves. If the grav shift token is on an obstacle and that obstacle is moved so that it is within distance 1-2 of obstacles not affected when Grav Shift Reroute was resolved, Grav Shift Reroute would not affect those additional obstacles.

Obstacles moved with this effect are restricted from overlapping tokens, obstacles, and ships only at their final position.

If an obstacle overlaps one or more squadrons, move any overlapped squadron out of the way and place the obstacle. Then the player who is not moving the obstacle places the overlapped squadrons, regardless of who owns them, in any position touching or overlapping that obstacle.

An obstacle moved with this effect can be rotated as long as no part of that obstacle is beyond distance 2 of the object’s original position.

If an obstacle with an objective token placed on it during the setup of Dangerous Territory is moved with this effect, that objective token remains on that obstacle.

After deploying fleets, if the ship with this card equipped is not in play (because it has been set aside), that ship’s owner cannot resolve the remainder of this card’s effects.

Community rulings

The ship equipped with Grav Shift Reroute and owned by the player must be in the play area in order for its effect to be resolved, and not otherwise “set aside” or not in play.

The Grav shift token is not specified if it is or is not removed from play area. The common acceptance is that the token remains in the play area.

In regards to Doomed Station, if obstacles are moved by Grav Shift Reroute so that it is touching the Gravity Rift, they are not removed. As the timing for the removal of obstacles is only during “End of Round” for that objective.
