After deployment of fleets, the ship equipped with Governor Pryce may place 1 round token on this card. This signifies that at the start of the ship phase matching that round token, you MUST activate after all other ships have activated.

If the ship Governor Pryce is currently equipped too has been set aside due to another card or objective ability (Such as Hyperspace Assault, etc) then you cannot resolve Governor Pryce ability as it is not considered in play.
