Director Krennic

When a ship resolves Director Krennic’s effect, if a [concentrate fire] dial was spent to resolve the effect, it is still resolved as a dial even if a dial with a [concentrate fire] icon was discarded by General Draven (Commander)‘s effect, thus allowing the ship’s owner to reroll any number of red dice in their attack pool.

When spending both a [concentrate fire] dial and a [concentrate fire] token to resolve a [concentrate fire] command, the attacker may resolve the two effects from Director Krennic in any order they choose. However, the two effects from Director Krennic must be resolved together either before or after the two effects of the dial plus token are resolved together.

When a ship is attacking at Medium-Long range, if it is equipped with Director Krennic and resolves the Concentrate Fire command as a dial. You may reroll any red dice in the attack pool.

If you resolve the Concentrate Fire command as a token. You may reroll 1 die of any color, and also 2 red dice in the attack pool.

If you resolve the Concentrate Fire command as a dial+token.
Follow these steps.

1. Add a die from the dial to the attack pool.
2. Reroll any red die in the attack pool.
3. Reroll 1 die of any color in the attack pool as well as up to 2 red die in the attack pool.

Director Krennic’s ability does not work at “close” range or at “extreme range”.

If you spend a Concentrate Fire token to resolve Ravager’s effect, you may also still resolve Director Krennic’s Concentrate Fire token effect. You add 1 die of a color already in the attack pool instead of rerolling 1 die of any color, and reroll 2 red die.

In regards to Director Krennic’s and Admiral Piett, if you spend just a Concentrate Fire token, and use Admiral Piett’s ability on it. Director Krennic’s ability will resolve as the Dial effect only. Not as a token, nor as dial+token.
