Official rulings
Q: Can a squadron resolve its relay keyword if it could only be activated because of the Centicore upgrade?
A: Yes, but no more than two squadrons can be activated through the effect of the Centicore upgrade during a single command.

Community rulings
When other friendly ships resolve the Squadron command, they may activate 1-2 squadrons at close to medium range of a ship equipped with Centicore.
This squadron activation range can be furthered by a squadron with the keyword Relay to 1-2 squadrons up to distance 3 from that squadron with Relay.

The ship resolving the squadron command does not need to be in range of Centicore. For example, Centicore is on the far left side of the play area and a Gozanti is on the far right side of the play area. The Gozanti reveals a Squadron Command and can activate 1-2 squadrons at close to medium range of Centicore.
